The Swan Hotel, Stafford

"Limited Menu"

On arrival we were told there was no soup and no pork belly. On choosing our options we were then told there was no fish! which my husband had chosen. We then overheard from the table opposite who asked for a cheese board there was no cheese!
The food we had was lovely but we were disappointed with the limited menu.
