"Awful service "

80th birthday party, we did a pre order and paid a deposit £10 person the week before attended. With us doing a pre order I thought the food would come pretty quick however we sat down at 14.00 to then not be served until 15.30. When the food eventually came out some dishes were cold and had to be took back to the kitchen. My brother who is autistic ordered just chips for main course which got forgotten about. I appreciate we had a bottle of wine on the house, complimentary dessert ( which took 45 minutes to come out ) and 25% off the bill which was a kind gesture however I just don’t feel it was good enough. When it came to pay the bill the deposit wasn’t took off they asked us again to pay in full however after explaining we then had the deposit of £140 took off the bill. I just feel disappointed with the service we came for a celebration and left 4 and a half hours later rather disappointed.
