The Swan Hotel, Stafford

"Bland food, Staff slow...."

Considering it was a quiet Wednesday lunchtime, Service was slow, the Staff member seemed at an inconvenience getting us drinks, no matter how nice we were. Starter was alright but the main course of beef brisket ragu was so bland! I fear the swan has lost its hight standards and was very disappointed as opposed to how I've felt on previous visits!
