"Dissapointing to see what used to be such a good resteraunt in such a steady decline"

The service is desperatley slow which i suspect is a result of too few staff. This has been commented on by many others in the reviews. When we came to order only then were we told that a dish we wanted to order was sold out. If items are not in stock on such a limited and basic menu the choice is poor. I ordered a seafood linguine which had no seafood in it just fish. To be fair the head of the resteraunt had a look agreed and discounted from the bill.
It was valantines day. No special menu and very limited main menu available. I ended up not eating my linguine it was a tasteless stodge and my wife and daughter ended up with fish and chips. And that took an age to arrive in a resteraunt which was almost empty. Hardly inspiring.
