"Could be better "

We arrived before our booked time ant 5:30 and didn’t think the restaurant was busy.
We had 1 main course and kids had the children’s menu.
Floor was dirty - no issue, cleaned up when we asked.
No music do felt quite lifeless.
Kids starters came out quickly, but the mains took quite a while- we left 2 hours after we arrived.
Bill was incorrect twice- was fixed but shouldn’t really be an issue when advertised that kids eat free.
The food and wine were tasty and we were all full, just felt the restaurant atmosphere and service/ cleanliness could have been better.
