"Mother’s Day treat for my mum"

Most staff were nice and efficient but some were abrupt. There was lack of communication between the kitchen staff and the staff who waited on us. I ordered a dish and it wasn’t until about 5 minutes later that I was told that they had ran out of it, disappointed. The toilets were messy with loo roll all over the floor and the sink tops were dirty, this was around 1pm on Saturday 9th March.
