"Poor food quality, slow service."

My husband’s chicken was overcooked. Hard to cut up and lacked flavour.
My meal, who decided that shallots in their skin was a good idea, yuk and don’t think I didn’t notice the lack of chicken on my skewer. and served with GF toast?
My sister had aubergine parmigiana, tough aubergine, not well cooked
lacked the tomatoe sauce served with a lump of cheddar cheese.! Not how James Martin demonstrated it last Saturday!
If it’s a new menu, suggest more practice or find something else to cook if it can’t be cooked under pressure. Had to wait over 45 minutes before our meal started to come.. had to remind staff member we were waiting.
my niece, had the right idea an egg sandwich with a salad
Staff member was very pleasant and embarrassed by our poor service.which was reflected in our bill.
