"Nice staff, disappointed by the food "

There were a few let-downs on the food front. For example, the "cheddar ploughmans" actually came with cheap smoked cheddar, which is a very different flavour profile and not what I would have ordered had it been clear on the menu. As the restaurant got busier, our waiting time became a lot longer and despite having sat at 5.30, we ended up having to rush out to pay and leave by 7.20pm as we had a show to attend. Overall the menu choices look appealing, but the quality of ingredients and execution lets it down a little.
