"Bit disappointing family celebration meal "

Myself and my daughter had the new piri chicken hanging kebab, and we were both disappointed with the dish. When we’ve had previous kebabs, the chicken has been tender breast meat, but this is was thigh with fat still
On it. I think this should be detailed on the menu as neither of us would have ordered it if we knew.
The waiting staff weren’t too interested/apologetic about our comments.
Disappointing as we were out for a family birthday meal
