"Ok Hotel "

Very difficult to find car park, Google maps no good, think this should have been mentioned when booking, rang hotel 3 times to get directions, each time went to answer machine. When we finally got there, the poor staff that were there were run off their feet. Probably the reason why the phone kept going to answer machine, but really not good enough, management needs to look at the overall staffing. When we came down to dinner, which was very nice, the staffing situation was just as bad. And when we went in the bar after dinner the staffing there was non-existent. We actually waited about 10 minutes for someone to serve.
Room was huge and while a little tired very comfortable and clean.
