The Swan Hotel, Stafford

"Disappointing"

'croquettes' were far too sparse in smoked salmon or crab; Aubergine parmigiana was not cooked and sent back; nut roast was almost devoid of nuts.
This was very disappointing as previous meals at The Swan have been quite good.
I did not like the service charge being automatically added either and will not be eating at The Swan again
