My Mum called me after visiting the Swan on Sunday 23rd June at 12:30 ( booking Harris) in floods of tears after her experience. She was felt pressurized to make a choice on food even though she hadn't had time to read the menu. The server was also rude about the amount of time my Mum in her 70s was taking. We have visited the Swan numerous times over the years and even had our wedding reception on the premises. Clearly the Swan we knew and loved as a welcoming, family establishment is no longer the case. We have tried calling numerous times to let the team know of my Mum and son's terrible experience but there has been no answer.
