The Swan Hotel, Stafford

"Pleasant staff"

The staff were very friendly and helpful. However, there didn't seem to be enough staff working. We waited over 40 minutes for our meal and the meal itself was average which is unusual as we've always had good service and lovely food on our previous visits.
