"Bar asked for a cocktail!"

My experience this afternoon I was not impressed , I looked at the drinks menu and I fancied a nice cocktail a Sunday treat but I was so disappointed as the Lady at the bar said we can not have one , I asked her how come she replied she was short off staff then she said in 10 minutes
I found that the customer service was not great to say the least !
