"Couldn't stay in a boiling hot room"

The room was so hot no one could have slept in it, the fan supplied was so small and by the tv, you couldn't even put it by the side of you bed as the sockets were american round pins and the fan was a 13amp plug, the food was poor. I asked for another fan but had none, I asked to be transferred to a room that had air con as on the 3rd floor in superior rooms had it, I book a superior room and got a fan, so why have air con in some but not other, after out terrible meal we decided to leave and go home.
