"Poor customer service , and organisation "

Booked a table for 11 people, only adults menus out had to ask for children's. The "compote" we ordered was just 3 yoghurts. Over priced - nearly £13 for a full English and you're only give 1 sausage. When asking staff about orders, menus etc staff were unhelpful, lacked knowledge and came across rude. Told in a email we could not go in the restaurant as it was just for people staying in the hotel, when told this I presumed it was because it would of been full, the restaurant was practically empty. On the email I revicieved when booking the table it stated we had until 12:30 - then on the day we were told 12:00. Overall a very poor experience
