"Terrible from start to finish"

If I could give 0 stars I would! Visited for afternoon tea with my mum for Mother’s Day, waited 45 minutes before the food was brought over. Informed it was unlimited hot drinks yet we were only asked twice if we wanted a drink. Barely any staff present and the ones you did see down the bottom were all stood around talking. Table behind had finished a meal and the dirty plates sat there for half an hour after they’d left. Staff not attentive at all. Very disappointing experience overall. Would not recommend!
