"Okay food . Service lacking "

Disappointing afternoon tea , called In The afternoon to confirm a high chair will be needed , waitress led us over to our table after a considerable wait and walked off, no high chair awaiting us, went to ask for one whilst my friend stood holding her two year old for her to eventually bring one over 5 minutes later .we waited 30 minutes for our afternoon tea, After dumping the afternoon tea with a brief explanation the waiter left, again I had to go back to the counter ten minutes later as we still hadn’t been offered drinks or our pot of tea to go with the afternoon tea. Basic service here was awful and other tables seemed to be having a bad time too, we didn’t stay long , no one came to check on the table. Staff uninterested and lacking basic service skills, won’t be returning , ruined my friends birthday celebrations. Thankfully left as I had already paid online,
