The Swan Hotel, Stafford

"Not up to normal quality"

We have dined many times at the Swan and particularly like the Chicken hanging skewers. On this visit the chicken was not nice pieces of chicken breast but carved off lumps with odd bits of chicken.I should have complained at the time but we were with company .This will not stop us dining again with you.
