The Swan Hotel, Stafford

"Rubbish visit on Saturday 5th October "

We booked a restaurant meal and was told when we arrived that we had to eat in the buffet lounge (because the restaurant was fully booked)
That was empty apart from two people having coffee

We refused this option and went away very disappointed

Staff not helpful(they could have asked us to Wait until a table became free)

Terrible experience as this was a special event for us both
