"No atmosphere or other customers & child’s meal inedible."

We were the only customers at 18:45 so sat in an empty restaurant so no atmosphere. Staff mostly absent. Children’s meal, the chicken goujon were inedible, rock hard and couldn’t be cut. Deserts were poor, apple and rhubarb crumble lacked crumble - just covered in a thin layer of cold uncooked oats. Children’s chocolate brownie - rock hard! Tip automatically charged rather than optional!
