"Fabulous over email, mediocre in person."

We had booked for two nights and booked for a meal for 11 guests on an evening and also booked out the courtyard bar from 1.30pm as it was mine and my husbands wedding day and had quite a few guests attending which was all confirmed through email and over email it was amazing always had a fast response and nothing was too much trouble.

We had a little situation which caused us a lot of stress on the day as we had a room booked and needed to cancel it ( non refundable) but before we cancelled we called to see if it was possible to be put on a tab and was told we would be called back to which we did and were advised as the custom we have brought in will benefit the swan we can indeed have a tab ( this was no replayed) so when proceeding to use our tab we were met with hostility by the manager and told that this had never happened and she was walking away while talking to us and was rude in general I didn’t expect to cry on my wedding day and be so stressed out. And such a shame considering the amazing customer service over email.
