The Swan Hotel, Stafford

"Food has massively gone down."

We have been to dean many times over the years , the food and service has always been great . Our experience Saturday was the opposite food was poor quality badly served and wasn’t very nice to eat . After telling the manager they took a drink off for us that was it . Then made jokes about payment options to us and an older couple wich wasn’t appreciated . Unfortunately we will not be returning to eat at the swan …
