"Not as good as it was "

Lovely classic coaching inn but listed status means it is not disabled -friendly. Suggest some way of alerting staff to customer presence in bar area without having to climb several steps to host desk (which anyway wasn't manned). Fish batter was soggy. Staff prompt & friendly.
