"Such a Shame "

Been here many times before & not been disappointed. However on this occasion ( pre Mothers Day treat) they were short staffed due to a large party in the bistro which led to our starters with the wrong dips and our mains cold. They took them away indicating we would get a fresh plate of food but it was the same food, heated up but with mixed condiments as the veg was swapped over & missing from the original offering
