The Bell Inn Hotel, Stilton

"Great food, great setting, great service"

We were on a road trip and stayed in several similar venues. This was as good as any so far. Lovely old Coaching Inn. Good selection of interesting foods, both starters and mains. Well cooked and presented. The Stilton sharing dessert is a must and a surprise to see the variety of different cheeses available. Am not generally a Stilton fan but some are of the milder varieties are easy to eat and very tasty. Room was not overly spacious but certainly big enough for the two of us. The staff were excellent - friendly and attentive. Couldn’t fault any aspect of our stay. Would definitely come back if we are in the area again.
