"Bit disapointed "

Friendly staff but difficult to get hold of by email or phone. Central office helpful in booking afternoon tea. Disappointed with tea
Had to ask for teapot of orange juice for children as it appears on website photo told it was not usual to have that, eventually it came. Service seemed a bit haphazard but not clearly told which was gluten and dairy free afternoon tea stand had to go and ask. No jam and cream served with normal stand had to ask.
Nothing awful but I left feeling it was not as special as I had hoped it would be.
