"The croque monsieur was not on the menu"

The cheese and ham sandwich I had was not as nice as the croque monsieur I normally have. Also the disabled access up the steep slope of the car park and into the fire exit doors is very difficult. To get help I have to leave a 93 year old and go round to the other entrance, really not ideal. The slope is very steep and going back down is very dangerous.
