"Unreliable"

I booked a table for six people in the bistro restaurant. The table was booked a considerable time in advance. When we arrived we were told there were no tables in the bistro so we were seated in the pub area. There were six of us dining but only meals for five were brought out. The kitchen had forgotten the other one. Not impressed..
