The Bell Inn Hotel, Stilton

"Fabulous food but overall experience spoilt by poor handling of an incident during dinner. "

We thoroughly enjoyed our meal at the Bell Inn, the food was delicious and the general service was good. However, the overall experience was sadly spoilt by an incident which affected us but no-one came to see whether we were OK, we had to raise the issue with a server. The matter could most definitely have been handled a lot better by the staff on duty that evening and I am still waiting for the Bell Inn to do me the courtesy of acknowledging my email.
