The Bell Inn Hotel, Stilton

"Chaotic service "

We were staying a night in the lovely hotel so decided to eat in the restaurant for convenience. We were sat down at the table and we then got ignored. Nobody came to take even a drinks order. We sat there for 15 minutes, got up and left. There seemed to be plenty of staff who appeared stressed and disorganised. The restaurant was not busy, so we couldn't understand why the service was so bad.
