"Felt underwhelming "

We had booked a table of 8 for a family reunion and weren't told that there would be live music. Though the music was really good it was so loud we couldn't talk to eachother which dampened the atmosphere of the meal. There was also lots of mix up with our food such as side dishes not coming and when we questioned they can after we had eaten our mains. Overall it just felt a bit underwhelming as we have been before and had such a wonderful experience. We also had to chase for the bill.
