"Disappointing "

Had brunch on Wednesday and ordered sandwiches. I asked for gluten free bread and was served a small portion of white bread half the size of the other sandwiches but was still charged full price.My friend had ham sandwiches which were better but both of us had inedible brown salad and the worst coleslaw I have ever experienced. We complained and I asked for Eggs Benedict instead but there were no muffins just bread! I finally ordered avocado and eggs on
sourdough. My friends asked for crisps to replace the salad and a bag was thrown on the plate!
Then finally we were charged for both sandwiches and my replacement meal which had to be corrected. We have meeting here for some time but won’t be back. It was pretty empty. I wonder why?
