"Constructive criticism"

Lovely room and decor but surprised to be put on stools. I rearranged the furniture myself for more comfortable seating. The coffee pots were terrible, could not use plunger and in the effort to do so the coffee erupted and spilt on two guests, luckily the trousers she was wearing were black but the other guest suffered a mild scald on her hand. The tea was lovely. The food was arranged beautifully, however, it was quite bland (I know we requested no pickles) and boring, nothing I wouldn't do at home. The scones were good, would have liked some butter.
No one came in after our initial contact to see if we required anything else. It was good that you honoured the original price quoted, I think the tea was just about worth that, it was not worth £21.95.
All of your staff are absolutely lovely. We contacted you several times and got no response no phone calls or emails in reply to our efforts. Communication was a real problem.
