"Beautiful hotel with so much potential but service needs improving "

Phone calls go to answerphone, messages left, no one returns them so had to visit hotel personally.
PreBooked meals in advance And table laid up but no condiments on table so had to wait 10 mins for condiments and meals were getting cold.
Several meals were over cooked and others were small portions.
A meal was cancelled in advance, but still cooked and delivered to the table, so it was wasted food.
