"Disappointed stay"
Booked the deluxe 4 poster room with the bath as I love to have a soak when we go away, my hubby had bought lovely bath products for me as we do not have a bath at home. The bath tap wasn't working, not even connected. Very upset as I had looked forward to it after a long day, plus a waste of bath products
