"This makes me sad"

It makes me sad to leave this review as we have really enjoyed ourselves here before, however I cannot say the service was poor as it was non existent! We turned up 5 minutes before our table was booked and we waited at the bar to be seated for approximately 12 minutes, in this time we saw one person who was making a pot of tea and said they would be a minute. Like I said, after approx 12 minutes someone came to see to us, I said we have booked but are now leaving, if the service was that poor to be left waiting to be 'welcomed' 12 minutes, I certainly didn't want to risk my hard earned money on waiting for food!
