The Golden Fleece Hotel, Thirsk

"A Wonderful Stay"

We booked to stay at the Golden Fleece for four nights as 70th Birthday treat and we weren't disappointed. When we arrived we were told that our room had been upgraded and we had a lovely large room overlooking the market place. The only downside were the stairs. All the staff without exception were brilliant, they were so friendly and helpful. The meals were superb especially the lamb when it was a special menu night. We couldn't fault anything about our stay and would certainly would recommend anyone to stay there.
