"Very disappointed…"

Where do I start !
Stayed here a couple of times and had food and been very impressed! But on the 9/6/24 booked for Sunday lunch as my partner birthday!!! But WOW ! What a huge disappointment…
Ordered 2 Sunday lunches, 1 belly pork and one rump . Mine the belly had know crackling and was just barely warm😔 , my partner had rump and it was shocking!!! Completely tuff grissley rump un-eatable, again barley warm and covered in ground black pepper which we weren’t told of ?? An option for no pepper as not everyone likes? When asked by assistant dining room manager how it was she loudly said I’m sorry but we’ve never had a complaint about it , belittled her ( not professional) ! I told the lady I’m a master butcher which I am told her the grissle should be trimmed prior to cooking + it’s not like any rump joint I’ve ever seen… she looked at me stupidly… we left one meal and just decided to leave and pay without puddings and went elsewhere for pudding!
Then after leaving looked at bill to see there was a 10% service charge which was not informed of and would’ve refused due to the horrible experience…
