"Food great, room rubbish"

We were in room 20 in the court yard. Room was very small. The wood work on the windows was falling to bit and filthy. Cobwebs hanging room the ceiling down on the light fitting . The bathroom is very small you can hardly move wash basin is so small it was difficult to was your face in it. The whole room needs a complete refurbish. On the plus side the food was very and the staff very friendly and helpfull. The lady behind the reception desk i think she was called Loraine ? Was every where . In reception ,serving dinner, serving breakfast.. i would not stay again till the rooms were totally refurbished.
