"Could be better"

Pleasant hotel with good food. Good staff clearly over stretched much of the time.
The bathroom was mouldy, a leaking sink which soaked our soap bags wasn’t fixed despite it being reported. We got no replacement towels for using them to mop up the sink problem. We requested toilet roll and towels via a message left with reception, which never appeared. We ended up using toilet roll we bought ourselves. The additional bed for our child was uncomfortable and very basic. We had to request towels for her as only 2 sets were provided. Overall the room and bathroom overshadowed the staff and food. We also waited on hour on our dinner order last night - again due to staffing issues.
