"Poor all round"

We were put in a room on our own as a party of seven, this lacked any atmosphere. We were left
with very little attention. The barmaid was really rude not greeting people on arrival. She also doubled up as a waitress that didn't know if she was bringing a chicken or fish to the table. We refused to pay the service charge as service poor. No hot puds on the menu. We would of purchased more drinks if given any attention. Overall lacked atmosphere, chicken dry, and frankly the whole experience left me embarrassed as I had recommended it after a previous lunch-time visit, which was lovely. Very poor.
