"We won’t be returning "

I would firstly like to say that Izzie is an absolute credit to your team, if it wasn’t for her brilliant customer service and helpfulness I would be giving less stars. We booked a table for an evening meal in the bar area and ordered our food. Despite there being an offer on for 2 pizzas for £20, after placing our order we were told that they had run out of dough! Me and my Mum then ordered the small plate Caesar Salad, not only was the portion ridiculously small, the end of the lettuce had been used and a piece of lettuce on my plate looked like it was going off! We made a member of staff aware of this and she took the plates away, no apology which isn’t acceptable! She then came back with the menu so we could choose something else. After waiting over 10 mins and having to go back to the bar, the same member of staff came back to take our order. Still no apology for the food we had to return. My Dad and partner really loved their meals but they had finished by the time we received ours, the bread board was nice and my Mum said the same about her fish guidons. Izzie couldn’t apologise enough and arranged for 25% to be taken off the bill and also offered us free drinks, my Dad had another drink but we had got to the point were we just wanted our food and then leave. The bill was incorrect as the meals we had sent back had not been deducted, again Izzie apologised for this. I appreciate that they were very busy but there is clearly not enough staff and lack communication between the team. Given the prices and expecting customers to pay an extra 10% service charge, this is not the service I would expect or quality of food we received (caesars salads).
