The Royal Oak Hotel Eatery & Coffee House, Welshpool

"Very kind staff, food very disappointing."

The 'Parmiggiana' was not what we expected (several slices of aubergine with plenty of tomato sauce and chese, like in Italy). The sweet french fries tasted strange with the rest of the meal.
The seabass was ok, but the pasta that was served with it was overcooked and did not fit.
We appreciate that we got a reduction when we told the manager about it
