"Attention to Detail!"

The overall experience was good. Good quality food, reasonably priced, good atmosphere and the waiting staff were friendly and attentive.

HOWEVER:

1) Given a water-stained dirty wine glass. Had to ask for it to be changed.
2) Asked for my steak to be cooked blue... it came out almost cooked-through. Had to ask for it to be changed.
3) Our bill came; a 'Special Starter' that should have cost £7.50, was £75 (!) on the bill. Had to ask for it to be changed.

The waiting staff told us a service charge would be added to out bill. I asked them to remove it due to the above points.

Management should ensure better attention to detail so these errors aren't made and I would have rated the experience higher.
