"Okay - but could be better"

BOOKING
We booked on line and requested a particular table. When we arrived we were taken to a different table and told that we couldn't sit where we had requested as 'that table is booked months in advance by some regular customers.' If this was the case, a courtesy call would have been a simple way to rectify the matter in advance. Incidentally, those regular customers arrived late and didn't order any food or drink whilst we were there.

FOOD AND DRINK
The breakfast itself was 'okay' - nothing more. The extra hot lattes were, at best, lukewarm.

SERVICE
This was good - our server was helpful and friendly (if a little brusque over the table booking issue).
