The White Hart Hotel, Boston

"Nice Hotel let down in a few areas"

There are a lot of plus points about this Hotel, the bar staff were really good, very welcoming and always had a smile. Then the reception staff on check in and out literally gave us and took our key (poor show), didn't give us any info or ask how our stay was or if we had any issues..... we did for the record, the music shaking the bedroom windows such was the volume until midnight (rm208). Basic etiquette of a receptionists should be to inform the guests of the hotel on check in and check the quality of the stay upon check out..... Sheesh.


The restaurant staff Miki is a real asset to your hotel, having worked in 5* hospitality and fine dining he is a real gem to this place, attentive, polite, made us laugh, good conversation and professional. The food was excellent at dinner time and OK at breakfast, the choice on continental is basic, things like fruit salad and a larger selection of pastries would've improved my opinion.
