"Beautiful room with a couple of glitches"

Room 101, the Pilgrim suite is delightful, with a separate sofa & tv viewing area. The pillows were very soft with no choice of a firmer one & the other bigger problem was the shower. It is a lovely walk in shower which belched out scalding hot water. The cold mixer was so stiff even my husband could not turn it on rendering it useless. We did mention it to reception on leaving & they seemed to know of the problem, so I doubt it will be rectified any time soon. Otherwise a lovely room- if you don’t want a shower.
