"Really bad service "

I have been to your venue a few times, and I thought I would take a friend here for lunch. Sadly the service was shocking, it started well but we literally had to wait. There was hardly anyone checking on us, asking how things were nothing. I asked for a cocktail, only to then wait 40 mins, and then ask another waitress if she could follow it up, to be told it had not been ordered, the waitress then took the order for the cocktail only for me to wait another 40 mins for it to arrive. 1 Waiter looked down at us, and rolled his eyes when we asked if we could order dessert, he walked away and then never returned, we then ask another waitress if she could order for us, to which she took the order (only reason the waitress was near us was due to her cleaning tables) we than asked for the bill when our desserts plates were taken, however was sat there with dirty cutlery for 2 hours with no one clearing the table. We than waited another hour for the bill, for it never to arrive and for us to go to the counter - only to then look at 4 members of staff walking around completely unaware of our existence, to then finally my friend went to another waitress - and said can you please let us pay out bill (by this moment I was nearly on the break of walking out) my friend then offered to pay cash to which the waitress shook her hands and went "NO NO we cant accept cash here" -to my reply "what....money is money" then asked her to go Dutch with the bill to which she then put all on one tap and I then replied - half the bill please and gave her how much we both needed to pay. Staff need training, and also customer care course - we did not pay the 10% service charge as there was no service - no common curtsey. I would now rather pay the train fare and go into London for a day and get better service there.
