"Superb Customer Service"

Superior room was delivered everything you would expect, right down to cosy seating area alongside large comfy bed and immaculate ensuite shower room. Great views set in a wonderful heritage building. Decorated tastefully throughout. There was an iron, slippers, dressing gowns, books & games on coffee table and BEST of all a small Nespresso machine alongside kettle for your use. Wonderful breakfast overlooking the river. Could not fault a thing. Staff so accommodating and genuinely warm & friendly. Highly recommend a weekend here.

Food was amazing. We had a large family booking in the glass room for dinner with a few of us staying overnight. Everyone mentioned the quality of the food and amazing table service. Excellent food at good prices with staff making the whole process seamless, set in an amazing building. Genuinely recommend a meal or drinks here.
